How Do I View or Change My Subscription?

Note: As of June 2017, this has changed. For those who subscribed to the Smart Podcast Player before June 2017, you will follow the below instructions. For those that purchased after June 2017 (via SamCart), you will create your account/login here; click on "Log in to the SPP Web App").

If you'd like to view the details of your subscription: You'll need to log in to your account at Here's how to do that:

  1. Go to, then click Login in the top right.
  2. If you've already set up an account with a password for the email address you used to purchase the player, log in with your email address and password.
  3. If you haven't set a password for this email address, click on Forgot your password? then follow the instructions to set your login credentials. Then go back to and log in.
  4. Go to to see the version of SPP you've purchased.

If you'd like to change your subscription from monthly to annual, or vice versa: Please send us an email at, and we'd be happy to help you make the switch.

If you'd like to cancel your subscription of SPP: Please send us an email at, and we can help you cancel your subscription.
