RESOLVED 2014-09-24 Getting File Data Persists

UPDATE #2: We have added some additional features to address this problem. Go to the support article  Understanding the Advanced Settings Menu for help.

UPDATE #1: Thursday, October 2, we have released an update to resolve this issue. Check your WordPress plugin panel for a prompt to upgrade to version 0.9.2. If you do not see the upgrade notification, email us at support@smartpodcastplayer.com. Put "Need Upgrade" in the subject line and we will send you the zip file.

As of Wednesday, September 24, we've become aware of a bug causing the player to get stuck on "Getting File Data." You will see something like this:

The Getting File Data issue is caused by low PHP memory issues. We are actively working to resolve this problem and should have a solution by next week.
