How do I view or change my subscription?

If you'd like to view the details of your subscription: You'll need to log in to your account at Gumroad.com. Here's how to do that:

  1. Go to https://gumroad.com, then click Login in the top right.
  2. If you've already set up an account with a password for the email address you used to purchase the player, log in with your email address and password.
  3. If you haven't set a password for this email address, click on Forgot your password? then follow the instructions to set your login credentials. Then go back to Gumroad.com and log in.
  4. Go to https://gumroad.com/library to see the version of SPP you've purchased.

If you'd like to change your subscription from monthly to annual, or vice versa: Please send us an email at support@smartpodcastplayer.com, and we'd be happy to help you make the switch.

If you'd like to cancel your subscription of SPP: Please send us an email at support@smartpodcastplayer.com, and we can help you cancel your subscription.
