How do I view or change my subscription?
If you'd like to view the details of your subscription: You'll need to log in to your account at Gumroad.com. Here's how to do that:
- Go to https://gumroad.com, then click Login in the top right.
- If you've already set up an account with a password for the email address you used to purchase the player, log in with your email address and password.
- If you haven't set a password for this email address, click on Forgot your password? then follow the instructions to set your login credentials. Then go back to Gumroad.com and log in.
- Go to https://gumroad.com/library to see the version of SPP you've purchased.
If you'd like to change your subscription from monthly to annual, or vice versa: Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we'd be happy to help you make the switch.
If you'd like to cancel your subscription of SPP: Please send us an email at email@example.com, and we can help you cancel your subscription.
